You should consider returning to the main menu and starting again if one or more of the following things is true:

1. Your country lacks timber.
2. Your country has a high proportion of deserts or tundra.
3. Your country has very few hills or mountains.
4. You cannot found a city with adequate food supplies to support at least seven workers maximum.
